Office Hours:  The office is open Tuesday through Thursday each week during regular hours.  Because staff are frequently out of the office conducting site visits and meetings, please call ahead to ensure that someone will be there to meet you.

Directions to Office:  Take exit 16 off of highway 89.  Turn north on Route 7.  Take your first left up the hill by Friendly's.  #354 is the second driveway on the right after the Shaws entrance.  The office is on the 3rd floor on the lake side of the building at the end of the hallway on the right.  We are in the same suite as Marathon Health.
